Before you get started
When does my free trial start?
Your 14-day trial starts when you create your first location, subject to eligibility and trial availability. Creating an account alone does not start the trial.
What happens after the trial?
Pay by M-Pesa or card to keep recording new visits. If your trial expires without payment, limited access is normally available for 30 days: owners and admins can review past records, and staff can close existing visits. After that, access is restricted until you pay.
Can I add more locations?
Yes. Manage multiple locations from one account, with a separate subscription for each location. Locations added during your trial share its end date; they do not start a new trial.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
One-time M-Pesa and card payments need to be renewed manually. You can choose automatic card renewal in Billing. Checkout takes a payment now and preserves any remaining trial or paid service. Review the amount and service dates before confirming.
